My fate will be decided by the roll of the dice. Or, to be less dramatic and more precise about it, the number of poems I will write over the remainder of this project will be decided by the roll of a die. That's right, the 20-sided die that was so instrumental in previous years' projects (see here and here) is being taken out of retirement, and will be used to determine how many poems - on top of the daily tweet - will be written this year.
A few quick rules:
- Number will range from 2-19. 1 and 20 are rerolls.
- All topics will be taken from the deck. I may use one topic for multiple poems. Wild Cards will be shuffled back into the deck.
- All poetic forms will be writer's choice. Most will be drawn from the lists I've used in previous years, but there could be some new ones too.
